We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of DDA Dalian. The location was ideal, as it was centrally located and provided easy access to all the main attractions and amenities of the city. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist us with any needs or requests. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe and free toiletries were a nice touch, and the addition of a washing machine and electric kettle provided added convenience. The television and am/fm alarm clock were modern and of high quality, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury. The dining options were excellent, with a wide range of delicious food available for breakfast.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a cozy atmosphere with lovely decorations and festive music. The view from my room was impressive, with a beautiful skyline and a glimpse of the sea. The location, close to a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars, was a definite highlight. the room was spacious and comfortable.

My experience at the hotel was not without frustration. The staff struggled to communicate in English, making it challenging to request basic amenities or ask for recommendations.

The bathrooms, equipped with Japanese washlets, are especially impressive. Service is prompt and accommodating. Breakfast has a great spread of tasty food and dining options are good.

Moreover, the hotel's location in the Jinzhou area, specifically right in the center of Quaifachu, was ideal for exploring this city.

The hotel’s lobby was decorated nicely with Christmas trees and festive décor which was enjoyable. The room we stayed in had good amenities and a comfortable bed. The hotel location was convenient as it was walking distance from the shopping mall and local restaurants.

The staff was unfriendly, unresponsive, and not helpful. We also had to deal with a lot of noise coming from the street outside our room, which disturbed our sleep.
